Wabtec Corporation (NYSE:WAB) announced on Monday that it has acquired industrial heating application company Bloom Engineering, Inc. for $69 million in cash.

Bloom Engineering will join Wabtec (WAB) as part of its Freight and Industrial Components Group. The Pittsburgh-based company
